We, at inozfashion, reserve the privilege to process or reject any order as per our terms and conditions and the customer needs to be aware of them before placing an order with us. These terms and conditions given below needs to be concurred by the customer before we process their orders:

1.The final dress may not be an exact product of the one you viewed on our web page in context of its color or texture. This is due to different screen resolutions of your computer. But we guarantee you that the product will be an identical match to that on inozfashion.

2.Our blogs and articles on products and product care should not be interpreted as a professional advice. inozfashion refrains from promoting products and services from other companies.

3.We have a stringent policy of NO refunds/returns/exchanges if you supply us with wrong size measurements and the same goes for wrong color choices. This is a hard and fast rule for all customers who choose either standard size dresses or custom size dresses. More details are given on our refund policy page.

4.If the shipment got delivered to the wrong address owing to incorrect address submission by the customer, then we shall not entertain any requests for a refund or reshipment. This is because the shipments are discreetly shipped, hence not returned to the sender.

5.Customers placing orders on two or more dresses of same product at the same time are not eligible for any refund/exchange/return for items under the clearance and sales category.

6.In case a customer cancels an order, we shall deduct a percentage of their paid price based on the status of the order. It is detailed in our refund policy page. However order cancellations after customer confirmation will not be entertained.

For the above mentioned scenarios no claims or disputes by the customer will be deliberated. Any monetary claims that contravene the above disclaimer will be deemed forged and will be liable to prosecution.
